These sliders take all the best parts of Thanksgiving—tender turkey, herby stuffing, and cranberry brightness—and tuck them into soft, buttery rolls that pull apart like they were made for sharing. Perfect for Friendsgiving or using up leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12-count package of soft slider rolls (preferably King’s Hawaiian)
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1 ½ cups prepared stuffing (homemade or boxed)
  • ½ cup turkey gravy
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Keep rolls connected as a whole slab; using a serrated knife, cut slab in half horizontally. Set top half aside.
  2. Place bottom half of rolls in a 9×13 baking dish. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until just barely golden.
  3. While rolls toast, warm gravy slightly. In a small bowl, mix shredded turkey with about ¼ cup of the gravy.
  4. Remove dish from oven. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over bottom rolls, leaving small pockets.
  5. Layer cheese slices evenly over cranberry sauce, overlapping slightly if needed.
  6. Spread turkey mixture evenly over cheese.
  7. Top turkey with stuffing, pressing down gently to keep in place.
  8. Place top half of rolls over filling; press down gently.
  9. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and Parmesan (if using). Brush mixture generously over top of rolls.
  10. Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5-8 minutes until tops are golden brown and edges are bubbly.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Toast bottom rolls first to prevent sogginess. Don’t oversaturate turkey with gravy. Let sliders rest 5 minutes after baking for easier handling. Can be assembled night before and refrigerated; add butter topping just before baking and add 5-10 minutes to covered baking time. Freeze unbaked for up to 2 months.
