This easy candy corn bark with white chocolate is a quick, no-bake treat perfect for fall gatherings. It’s sweet, creamy, and loaded with candy corn, making it a festive and addictive snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups candy corn
  • 2 tablespoons fall sprinkles (optional)
  • a pinch coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, extending slightly over the edges for easy removal.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until mostly melted and smooth (about 1 ½ to 2 minutes total).
  3. If chocolate looks thick or starts to seize, stir in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or shortening until smooth.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate onto the center of the prepared baking sheet. Spread into an even rectangle about ¼ inch thick using a spatula.
  5. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle candy corn evenly over the surface, gently pressing each piece into the chocolate.
  6. If using, scatter fall sprinkles over the top, then finish with a light pinch of coarse sea salt.
  7. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until chocolate is completely firm. (For faster setting, freeze for 15 minutes.)
  8. Once set, lift bark off the baking sheet using parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and cut into irregular pieces with a sharp knife, or break into pieces with your hands.

Notes

White chocolate burns easily; melt slowly in 30-second intervals. Use room temperature candy corn to prevent chocolate from seizing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate in warm climates. For best texture, let bark sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving if refrigerated.
