A quick and easy breakfast bowl made with Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, and banana. Ready in under five minutes, it’s perfect for busy mornings and packed with protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons (32g) creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • Optional toppings: cinnamon, blueberries, chopped nuts, extra peanut butter, dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Scoop 1 cup of Greek yogurt into a medium bowl and stir to loosen it up.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter to the center of the yogurt.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over the peanut butter.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the top.
  5. Mix everything together using a folding motion until the mixture is uniform and creamy (about 30 seconds).
  6. Top with sliced banana and any additional toppings of your choice.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt and natural peanut butter. If peanut butter is cold, microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften. Do not overmix. For a thicker consistency, let the bowl sit for 2-3 minutes after mixing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours (texture will become pudding-like).
