A quick and easy iced coffee twist featuring fresh strawberry cold foam that adds a creamy, fruity sweetness perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free option)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee, chilled
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull about ½ cup of fresh strawberries. Chop roughly (about 3 minutes).
  2. Place chopped strawberries in a blender or mixing bowl if using an immersion blender. Blend until smooth but slightly textured, about 20 seconds.
  3. Add ½ cup heavy cream, 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract to the blender.
  4. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until mixture thickens and becomes frothy with soft peaks.
  5. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving room at the top.
  6. Spoon or gently pour the strawberry cold foam over the iced coffee to float on top.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon and enjoy.

Notes

Use cold cream for better foam stability. Adjust sugar to taste. Fresh strawberries preferred for best flavor and texture. If foam is too thick, add a splash of milk or cream and blend briefly; if too thin, blend longer or add more cream. Foam can be stored in fridge up to 24 hours but may need re-whipping.
