A quick and easy frozen strawberry lemonade slushie that delivers a bright, tangy, and ice-cold relief perfect for hot days. Made with simple ingredients and ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (300g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) lemonade
  • 12 tablespoons (15-30ml) honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 cup (240ml) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Measure 2 cups (300g) of frozen strawberries, 1 ½ cups (360ml) of lemonade, and optional honey or lemon juice.
  2. Blend Strawberries and Lemonade: Add the frozen strawberries and lemonade into your blender. Pulse a few times to break up the fruit, then blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth but still thick.
  3. Add Sweetener and Ice: Taste your slush; if it’s too tart, add 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) of honey or agave syrup. Then add about 1 cup (240ml) of ice cubes to the blender. Blend again for another 20-30 seconds until you get that perfect icy, slushy texture.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the slushie is too thick, add a splash more lemonade and blend briefly. If too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries or ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Serve Immediately: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a lemon slice or fresh mint if desired. Serve with a straw or spoon.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries straight from the freezer to maintain thick, slushy texture. Avoid over-blending to prevent melting the ice. Chill glasses before serving to keep slushies colder longer. Adjust sweetness to taste depending on lemonade brand. Variations include adding fresh mint, swapping berries, or adding coconut cream for creaminess.
