Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  3. Brush or drizzle olive oil evenly on both sides of each pork chop.
